Teleportation is real (seriously)

Here's a great article in Washingtonian Magazine about teleportation.  Chris Monroe, at the University of Maryland's new-ish "Joint Quantum Institute" has achieved what only seemed possible in science fiction - he's transported information from one atom over to another atom.  Sure it's just an atom for now, and humans are composed of billions of atoms, but quantum computing seems one step closer with this awesome revelation.
