Styling safeguards now cover small-screen and dark-mode rules too

The checks protecting the admin post list now apply their rules everywhere a style can be defined, not just the default case, so a problem cannot slip in by being written into a small-screen or dark-mode variation instead. When one is found, the check now reports exactly which block to look in.
