Styling checks that catch more and cry wolf less

The safeguards on the admin post list now cover styles written in more places, so a problem cannot slip through by being expressed a slightly different way, and they no longer report a failure for perfectly valid styling. When something is wrong, the message now points at the exact block to look in.
