Refreshing the chat's knowledge of older writing is now fast and cheap

Updating what the chat knows about published articles used to reprocess every article from scratch, so it was rarely done and answers could quote outdated text. It now reprocesses only what actually changed, making a refresh quick enough to run routinely.
