Published writing reaches the site assistant right away

When a post goes live, the site's AI assistant can find and quote it immediately instead of waiting for a separate refresh step that someone had to remember to run. Editing a live post refreshes what the assistant knows, and taking one private removes it from the assistant just as quickly. This now holds however the post was published, including when an assistant publishes it.
