Diagrams and screenshots can go inside a post

Posts can now carry a lead image at the top, and pictures placed inline within the writing. Images are uploaded through the same protected route already used for video, limited to ordinary picture formats and a sensible size, so an assistant can illustrate a draft without being handed broader access than it needs.
