Booking link tests now mirror pages that can really exist

The checks covering self-correcting booking links were built on a page arrangement the system could never actually produce, which made them harder to trust and prone to failing for the wrong reason later. They now mirror a real arrangement, so a future break points at the behavior instead of the test setup.
