A homepage that says one thing

The homepage now opens with a single sentence about what the work actually is, and one link into how it works, instead of asking a first-time visitor to absorb a long list of everything at once. The archive of writing and updates moved to its own page, reachable any time from the header. The site also no longer interrupts new visitors with a request for their profile before they have read anything.
