A clearer picture of how the work gets built

The illustration for the build stage now shows the whole path: the conversation app on one side, a team of agents working in parallel in the middle, and the finished reporting software that comes out the other end. The chat panel also offers a direct way to book time or send a note, and calendar invitations name who the meeting is with.
