AppMakr turns Ning Communities into iPhone Apps

Yesterday Ning announced "Ning Everywhere" an initiative utilizing Ning's new API, which allows Ning communities to be accessed from partner sites.

Our company, AppMakr, was the "Do It Yourself" way Ning chose for community owners to turn their Ning communities into iPhone apps.

We've integrated the Ning API into AppMakr, and for $24.95/month, a Ning community can quickly be turned into an iPhone app with two-way communication: Members can read information, see pictures, etc., as well as take pictures and upload them to the Ning community, update their status, and write blogs, all from the branded iPhone app. You can read more about the integration here.
