Is the electronic signature approved now with the courts? Are there any legal snags with it. I remember years ago when it was first introduced there was much red tape with it.

I don’t know of any title companies that are using it in closings. It was talked about and may have been used on a trial run or two but I think it died. This would definitely make the closings go faster, if the buyer maybe just had to click for each page.
