Can some listing agents really be *that bad*????
Posted on Tuesday, August 7th, 2007 at 10:42 am.The answer is YES!
For example, here's an email exchange between us and a listing agent asking for feedback on a property she was listing. But she only put ONE picture up! It only costs $12 to put 20 photos up, and photos sell houses. Why would she only put ONE photo up on her listing? It's unbelievable.

You might consider putting 20 photos up. It only costs $12.

Thank you for showing the attached property. If you could take a moment and give me some feedback of the property I would really appreciate it.
Thanks, Jane

I’m with you on the pictures, your tech skills are to be envied I’m sure. I sense you need to develop a bit more tolerance for your fellow REALTORS.

Unfortunately it seems to happen all too often. Maybe they are led to believe that fewer pictures will entice someone to call. The lack of photos really dampers the homes appearance on the web, especially for potential buyers that are moving to an area from out of state.
It could also just be pure laziness!

Daniel, If that were to happen today it would really reveal agent incompetence since photos are now free, but the agent that was unaware of the old $12 fee is probably unaware of the free revision, Karen Kruschka www.e-virginiarealestate.com
