‘Set It & Forget It’ - Easy property alerts

Wouldn't it be nice if we could tell you when a property you like comes on the market... the second it hits the MLS?
We can! And best of all, it's easy to set up our "set it & forget it" property alerting system.
Here's how you do it:
Step 1: Run a search on www.TheBestHomeSearchEver.com. You can use any criteria you want - we'll remember all of it when searching on your behalf. For example, you could search for foreclosures, or for a 1+ fireplaces, or 2+ garages, or HOA fees under a certain amount, or for properties only in certain neighborhoods, etc. The possibilities are limitless, and we'll maintain your criteria when we search the MLS every hour for you.
Step 2: In the "results" page, you'll see a button at the top that says "Alert Me". Just click that to create your alerts. Simply fill out your information, and the alerts will start flowing.
That's all there is to it - just "set it & forget it"!
